One-of-a-kind means you should see the actual piece
For products sold as Exact Piece or one-of-a-kind, the individual inclusions, veils, rainbows, colour zoning and shape are part of what you are buying. Generic stock photos are not enough when those details determine whether a customer loves the piece.
Natural variation is information, not a disclaimer
Crystals can contain internal veils, fractures, mineral inclusions, pits, colour bands and asymmetric features. We prefer to show and describe those characteristics clearly rather than hide them behind vague grade language.
Size and weight matter online
A close-up photograph can make a 6cm tower and a 16cm tower look surprisingly similar. Dimensions and weight help customers understand scale before purchasing, especially for desk, shelf and collector pieces.
Treatments should be disclosed
Natural, heat-treated, coated, dyed, lab-grown and manufactured materials are not the same thing. A beautiful treated or manufactured piece can still be worth buying; the important point is that the customer knows what it is.
