All United States orders are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). We prepay the applicable import duties and taxes, so you will not be asked to pay additional customs charges when your parcel is delivered.

Returns & Exchanges

All items purchased from Moon Rituals are packed with love and care and checked before dispatch. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us through our contact page or email moonstuidosydney@gmail.com within 72 hours of receiving your parcel. Store credits will be issued at the discretion of Moon Rituals.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your Moon Rituals order after it has been placed, an A$10 cancellation fee applies.
