Dispatch & Tracking
Orders are carefully packed and dispatched from Sydney, Australia within 1 business day where possible, excluding weekends and public holidays. Tracking details are emailed once your order has shipped.
Dispatch time is the time needed to prepare and send your parcel. It is separate from delivery time.

• Standard Shipping: A$10
• Express Shipping: A$16
• Free Standard Shipping on eligible orders over A$80
United States — Duties Paid
• Standard Shipping: A$30
• Express Shipping: A$40
• Free Standard Shipping on eligible orders over A$300
US orders ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). We prepay applicable import duties and taxes, so there are no additional customs charges payable on delivery.
Other International Destinations
• Standard International Shipping: A$20
• Express International Shipping: A$40
• Free Standard International Shipping on eligible orders over A$300
For destinations outside Australia and the United States, local duties, VAT/GST or import taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

The rates and thresholds above are in Australian dollars (AUD). Available shipping options, final charges and any free-shipping eligibility are displayed at checkout before payment.
Delivery Times
Delivery time depends on your destination, selected service and carrier conditions. International parcels may also be affected by customs processing. Any estimated delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
If you need your order for a birthday or another specific date, please contact us before ordering with your delivery postcode and required date so we can help you assess the available options.
Delayed, Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your parcel is delayed, appears lost, or arrives damaged or incorrect, email moonstudiosydney@gmail.com with your order number. For damaged or incorrect items, please include photos where possible.
We will help investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. Please refer to our Refund Policy for returns, exchanges and your consumer rights.
