US orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). We prepay applicable import duties and taxes, so there are no additional customs charges to pay on delivery.

International Destinations

For destinations outside Australia and the United States, local duties, VAT/GST or import taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility. Delivery times can vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Every crystal is checked and packed with care before dispatch. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to arrange an appropriate remedy.

Natural variations

Crystals are natural materials. Variations in colour, inclusions, texture, shape and size are normal characteristics unless a listing is marked as an exact-piece/WYSIWYG item.

Change-of-mind returns

Due to the natural and one-of-a-kind nature of many of our products, change-of-mind returns are assessed case by case. This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
