Where does Moon Rituals ship from, and when will my order be dispatched?

We pack and dispatch orders from Sydney, Australia, usually within 1 business day. Tracking details are emailed after dispatch; dispatch time is separate from delivery time.

How much is shipping within Australia?

Standard shipping is A$10 and express shipping is A$16. Free standard shipping is available for eligible Australian orders of A$80 or more; checkout shows the shipping options and total for your order.

Will I receive the exact crystal shown in the photographs?

For listings described as one-of-a-kind, exact-piece or WYSIWYG, you receive the photographed crystal. For batch or intuitively selected listings, you receive one piece in your selected option; natural colour, shape and inclusions vary.

How do I choose the right crystal or bracelet size?

Check the selected variant and the dimensions or weight in the product description before ordering. On bead bracelets, 6mm, 7mm or 8mm describes the bead diameter, not the bracelet circumference.

How can I tell whether the size I want is in stock?

Select the size or weight option on the product page to check its availability and price. A product may have some options in stock while other options are temporarily sold out.

How do you describe crystal materials, origin and treatments?

We aim to identify each material accurately and disclose its origin and treatments when known. Check the individual listing for those details, and contact us before buying if a detail you need is not stated.

How can I choose a crystal by its traditional meaning?

You can choose by traditional crystal associations such as love and connection, grounding, abundance or intention setting, as well as by colour, size and form. These meanings are personal and cultural associations, not medical treatment or guaranteed outcomes.

Do you ship to the United States?

Yes. US orders ship duties paid (DDP): we prepay applicable import duties and taxes. Checkout displays the available shipping options and any free-shipping eligibility in your selected currency.

What if my order arrives damaged or I need to ask about a return?

Dispatch and delivery time
