US orders ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). We prepay applicable import duties and taxes, so there are no additional customs charges or surprise import bills on delivery.

International Destinations

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Every crystal is checked and packed with care before dispatch. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Crystals are natural materials. Variations in colour, inclusions, texture, shape and size are normal unless a listing is marked as an exact-piece or WYSIWYG item.
