African Bloodstone Palm Stone | Natural Crystal 4–5cm

Polished natural African Bloodstone (heliotrope) palm stone with a deep green base and characteristic red flecks, measuring approximately 4–5cm.

The smooth palm-stone shape is compact enough for pockets, desk bowls, crystal collections, gifting and retail displays. Because this is a natural stone, green tone, red markings, inclusions, veining, thickness and overall shape vary between pieces, giving each palm stone an individual appearance.

Cleansing Your Crystals 

Once you have selected a crystal, it is crucial to take some time to wash it off any old toxic energy it may have absorbed. There are several ways:

• Place them in a bowl of filtered water & rock/sea salt (or seawater). Be mindful that some crystals are not suitable to be placed in water.

• Infuse them with direct sunlight or moonlight, preferably a full or new moon. Be mindful that some crystals may fade in direct sunlight.

• Smudge them with a sage stick/incense

• Place crystals on a selenite plate for 24 hours

Programming Your Crystals

Once your crystal has been cleansed, you have the perfect moment to program it with your intentions. This enables you to utilise their individual properties to assist you in your manifestations & healing journey. Hold your crystal in the palm of your hand & close your eyes. Take a few deep breaths & visualise your intention flowing from your heart to the crystal. Allow this to continue until you feel the crystal has absorbed your energy. Feel free to reprogram your crystal at any time. Your crystal can be used in meditation, worn on your person, placed in a unique position or room, or even used in a crystal grid for healing purposes.
