Cleansing Your Crystals 

Once you have selected a crystal, it is crucial to take some time to wash it off any old toxic energy it may have absorbed. There are several ways:

• Place them in a bowl of filtered water & rock/sea salt (or seawater). Be mindful that some crystals are not suitable to be placed in water.

• Infuse them with direct sunlight or moonlight, preferably a full or new moon. Be mindful that some crystals may fade in direct sunlight.

• Smudge them with a sage stick/incense

• Place crystals on a selenite plate for 24 hours

Once your crystal has been cleansed, you have the perfect moment to program it with your intentions. This enables you to utilise their individual properties to assist you in your manifestations & healing journey. Hold your crystal in the palm of your hand & close your eyes.
